Key Responsibilities

- Facility Maintenance: Keep spa areas, including treatment rooms, lounges, and locker rooms, clean and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Support Services: Assist therapists by preparing treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment and products are available and clean.
- Customer Assistance: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock supplies, informing management when inventory is low.
- Adherence to Protocols: Follow all health, safety, and sanitization protocols to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.
