• Handle filing and record keeping duties in accordance with the front desk officer’s instructions.

Front Office Intern Qualifications

Technically, a high school diploma or a GED equivalent is sufficient to work as a front office intern.

Knowledge of office procedures such as filing and record keeping come in handy. In addition, a set of skills is required to be considered for this position.

This would include the ability to work in an organized manner, knowledge of greeting people, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle telephone exchanges.
