A human resources manager recommendation letter can be written in many circumstances, but the most common reason anyone would write one is to recommend someone for a job in an organization.

There are certain things that you need to keep in mind when writing one.

First of all, you need to see if the recommendation is well-deserved. If you feel that it isn’t, it is best to politely refuse to write one, lest you get caught in the midst of a problem later.
