If you want to resign from your position as a Home Health Aide, you have to write a proper resignation letter. In your resignation letter, you have to highlight when you will be leaving and offer suggestions on who can replace you.
Depending on what your specific reasons you have for resigning, you have to give proper notice.
You can write a solid resignation letter by choosing and using the right words.
Since it is your responsibility to ensure that your work is done properly during the notice period, make sure that you tell the human resources manager that you will make sure of it.

Mr. Jeffery Lincoln
Human Resources Manager
9728 Tent Road
East Greenwich, RI 34332
Dear Mr. Lincoln:
I am writing this letter to inform you of my decision to resign from my position as a home health aide for Care Inc. As mentioned in my contract, I am giving two weeks’ notice. Please note that August 11, will be my last working day.
Having worked at Care Inc. for 4 years, it was a difficult decision to resign. However, my personal circumstances do not permit me to stay any longer. My mother is seriously ill, and she has expressed a desire for me to be her primary caregiver. Since she lives in Newport, I have no choice but to move out of East Greenwich to take care of her. It is one of the most difficult decisions that I have taken, but I had no choice.
During the time that I have worked at Care Inc., I have learned a lot, which is now helping me in a personal capacity. For that, I will be eternally grateful to you. I am sure that you will soon find someone to replace me – and of course, I will help you in finding.
Thank you very much for giving me this opportunity. I will truly miss my peers and supervisors.
