How is timeshare different from regular property selling / buying?
Timeshare is a somewhat different concept from regular property sale and purchase. This is a type of property ownership where owners purchase the right to use a property or a portion of it for only a certain time period. Regular property sale and purchase has definite owners.

What are your skills in this area?
I am skilled in developing core customer bases through extensive marketing endeavors. I possess the ability to determine clients’ specific requirements for buying or selling timeshare properties, performing research work, and ensuring that deals are closed in a time efficient manner.

What soft skills do you need in order to work at this position?
Excellent communication skills, positive energy, focus and dependability, high motivation, and great attention to detail are soft skills that one requires to work at this position.

Give us an overview of your work as a timeshare sales executive.
As a timeshare sales executive, I have been involved in building and maintaining customer bases, giving sales presentations, conducting and managing business transactions and ensuring that accurate processing of documents has all been part of my work.

What constraints have you faced during your time as a timeshare sales representative?
It is often difficult to explain the concept of timeshare to many customers. Additionally, it is not the easiest thing in the world to locate timeshare properties, especially according to clients’ specific requirements.

How do you overcome these constraints?
While it is not the easiest of things to do, the need to overcome constraints is high in this work. Since my research skills are good, I go to great lengths to create property leads, and follow up on them on a regular basis. My systematic nature makes it easy for me to handle issues and ensure that all processes are properly smoothed out, and any problems are dealt with before they turn into uncontrollable crises.
