Work stress can actually be good for you. With stress comes a sense of responsibility as well. When I’m stressed, I ensure that I take one thing at a time so that it does not affect my work.

To be honest, I have many. But if I am to pick one up, I’d choose the time I singlehandedly created and implemented a marketing and communications strategy which was quite complex. The results were more than what was expected, and I was highly commended on my initiative and hard work.
