Cover letters can host a huge variety of information that is sure to impress a hiring manager. The only difficult part is actually placing information in so that it looks genuine and all-encompassing. You may get ideas from a 100 different avenues, but always use your own words to write a cover letter. Borrowing ideas is not a problem – directly copying them is.
How does one word a fitness club manager cover letter so that it appeals to a hiring manager? Simply said, a cover letter only impresses the person reading it if it holds all the information he or she is looking for. And how exactly does one know what the hiring manager is looking for? This is not possible – at least, not absolutely. You will just have to go with what he may be looking for. Hint: read the job description of the position for which you are applying carefully and that is where all the clues are. After all, what can a hiring manager possibly be looking for if it isn’t an individual who can do the work and do it right!
Do not let the thought of writing a cover letter bully you – take command and write one which can knock the socks off a hiring manager. Refer to the sample below:

Dear Mr. Stone:
Managing a fitness club’s administrative aspects is not my only forte – as a certified fitness trainer, I can efficiently balance the many duties that a fitness club manager is required to handle. And the fact that I boast of over 5 years of working as a manager in a renowned fitness club adds to the strength of my professional profile.
As a responsible, competent and results-oriented individual, I have been highly successful in effectively leading the operations of busy fitness clubs in the past. With an inherent ability to hire and train fitness staff, supervise recruitment efforts, fit staffing needs into budgetary constraints, and develop and operate systems and policies directly related to fitness center operations, I am sure that hiring me will be a wise decision.
