Writing an HVAC Engineer resume “with a future” is particularly hard if you do not know what hiring managers are looking for. When a hiring manager looks through your resume, he wants to see just three things:

1. Ease of resume design so that it can be read it properly
2. Parity between the company’s requirements and the candidate’s qualifications
3. Length – which should not go past a couple of pages
