2. What specific duties have you performed in the role of an insurance advisor?
My main work as an insurance advisor is to reach out to both existing, as well as potential clients to provide them with solid information on what the insurance company offers. Specifically, I have handled client outreach programs and information sessions. Also, my work includes determining clients’ specific coverage needs and then providing them with solid plans to meet those needs. In addition, I have been busy creating and expanding customized plans and encouraging clients to invest in the future.
3. Tell me something about the skills that you possess.
I am a very easygoing individual, which makes it possible for me to reach out to people from all backgrounds. I possess demonstrated expertise in figuring out what clients need in terms of insurance coverage, and can effectively create correlating plans. I am also well-versed in determining clients’ financial backbones and keeping them abreast of new insurance investment opportunities.

I am not too comfortable with micromanagement. However, I do understand that it needs to be done in some instances.
13. Why do you want to leave your present job?
My present office is moving its operations to a location which is a 3-hour drive from my house. It won’t make sense to spend 6 hours commuting each day, as I will be too tired to work well.

The first thing that I do is determine what the clients’ needs are. Then, I find out what their financial background is like, and how much they can afford to pay as a premium. Putting both of these together gives me a good idea of what the client may need in terms of insurance coverage.

Both my communication and interpersonal skills stand at a solid 9.

I feel that the ability to work hard and organizational skills are two traits that help employees excel at the workplace.
