Having written a dozen cover letters in your career lifetime does not make you an expert cover letter writer. Come to think of it, no one is ever perfect at writing cover letters. Why? Because cover letter writing requirements keep changing, and it is often quite difficult to keep up with them. Many employers have now begun to ask candidates to write their cover letters in a certain way, so that they can gauge them at their own scale. This is actually quite helpful, as one does not have to take wild guesses about what to write.
In cases where there are no instructions provided, it is best to use your own head to see what the employer wants, and then write your cover letter accordingly. No matter what the case is, it is best to create a cover letter that is complete and relevant and, possesses enough white space for the employer to easily navigate the document. Here is one:

Dear Ms. Holden:
I fully comprehend how challenging and important it is to ensure that all projects run in compliance with the organization’s requirements – at every stage. Bringing forward my ability to ensure that this is done in an accurate manner, along with my capability of guiding project teams to ensure positive outcomes, I am positive that I will be a great contributor to Pond and Company in a project administrator role.
Let me elaborate on this a bit. Planning and scheduling resources, monitoring resource utilization, and performing periodic quality reviews are all areas that I am wholly trained in. Moreover, once I become part of your team, you will soon discover that there are very few people out there who can accurately and timely establish and maintain a project documentation library as well as I can. Over the last 4 years that I have worked as a project administrator, I have efficiently and effectively coordinated team members for updates regarding work in progress, monitored the progress of each assigned project, and led projects to fruition, with a great record for success.
If you would like to know more about my project administration / management prowess, let’s meet in person and discuss this. You may contact me at (000) 745-8544 if you need to reach out to me, before I get a chance to set up a meeting with you.
