• Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring that all details are properly managed.

• Oversee the inventory system to ensure that supplies and equipment are constantly available.

• Create and maintain productive relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies.

• Oversee the safety and security of the office, by ensuring that all alarm systems are in good working order.
