• Create and implement core training and development programs and strategies to meet the specific and individualized needs of each employee.
• Support line management personnel in achieving training and development goals by providing them with insight about requirements.
• Ascertain that compliance is maintained with legally and company mandated training requirements.
• Conduct needs analysis, and identify operational discrepancies to determine training needs and approaches.
• Formulate training policies and procedures, based on information of identified training needs and company services.
• Select and use appropriate instructional procedures and methods, including individual training, group instruction and self-study.
• Organize and develop training materials such as manuals, reference libraries, testing and evaluation, and multimedia visual aids.
• Support full talent cycle programs across the company, such as onboarding of new employees, and performance management initiatives.
• Manage training calendars, materials, participants, and auditing, and ensure that all details of programs are properly documented.
• Deliver and continuously improve training programs, with a view to support the organization’s needs in group and individual training sessions.
• Deliver both online and conference call training, depending on the individual needs of each employee.
• Develop and maintain departmental communication tools such as bulletin boards and newsletters.
