• Provide consultation services to customers in terms of the services that they may need

• Educate customers on the potential outcomes of each salon service

• Ensure that customers are handed over to the right salon staff member

• Make sure that the staff member understands the procedure that needs to be carried out

• Provide staff members with salon products and supplies on a daily basis

• Create and distribute staff schedules at the beginning of each shift

• Train staff members to perform various hair and skin treatments

• Assist staff members in carrying out their work especially during busy hours
