When I saw your advertisement for the open position of a youth worker, I realized that this work was right down my alley. In fact, I had been looking for just such a position, and the job description is exactly what I have to offer. I have held volunteer positions for 2 summers at the local YMCA, where I helped young adults cope with issues such as drugs, violence, and smoking addiction. I have some exposure to monitoring and reviewing plans created for each individual, and can also assist in developing programs.
