As a telephone technician, I have been busy handling many work duties such as determining issues and problems associated with standalone phones, as well as PABX systems. My duties have included performing maintenance on telephone systems and ensuring that downtime is minimized. I would like to move a little upward now. Specifically, I would like to learn the inner workings of telecommunications, and eventually work in an engineering capacity.
