I am organized by nature, which I believe is the core requirement of anyone working as a medical records supervisor. Also, I possess great insight into medical terms and procedures and have the capacity to ensure medical data integrity and safekeeping.

3. What in your opinion is the most challenging part of working as a medical records supervisor?
I believe that maintaining both confidentiality and integrity of medical records and files is quite challenging.

4. How do you make sure that you come on top of these challenges?
I am a stickler for perfection, which means that all work processes entrusted to me are handled keeping priority in mind. Challenges for me are an everyday thing, and I find them to be great motivators.

To be honest, I have yet to come across an instance where I find the work “too cumbersome”. I enjoy my work immensely and have deemed my workplace to be my second home.

6. What are your career aspirations?
I am still learning medical records management, as this is a wide field. Eventually, I would like to climb the ladder to the position of medical records director.
