2. How do you handle multiple tasks at the same time?
As a material specialist, I receive many calls for material acquisition, most of them at the same time. However, this does not bother me one bit. In fact, I am well organized, which makes it easy for me to multitask effectively.
3. What major duties have you performed while working as a material specialist?
While working in this position, I have been handling many duties, such as determining materials needs and providing departments with required materials.
Specifically, my duties include contacting vendors to find out materials availability and ensure timely follow-up. Also, I am responsible to ensure the quality of acquired materials. Handling issues such as nonconformity is also an area that is assigned to me.
4. What part of this work do you find most challenging?
I feel that the work is challenging on the whole. However, dealing with low-quality material disposal is most challenging.

I think the work is pretty straightforward. However, it would make things easier if material specialists were given a little more leeway where decision making is concerned.
