• Assist customers in choosing the right size, brand, and color and lead them to fitting rooms.

• Place customers’ chosen items on racks inside fitting rooms and provide them with the location of their assigned rooms.

• Wait outside fitting rooms to ensure that any real-time requirements of customers such as size and color changes can be met.

• Provide suggestions to customers regarding complementing colors and styles and provide additional suggestions.

• Suggest accessories such as belts, jewelry, and shoes that complement chosen clothing items.

• Provide customers with information on prices and special discounts and perform related upselling duties.

• Lead customers through the purchasing process, ensuring that the procedure is smooth for both ends.

• Assist in bagging purchases and provide support in arranging for home deliveries to be made.

• Ensure that assigned clothing shelves are properly stocked and neatly maintained at all times.
