Compelling resumes are not those that include a lot of information – reliable and relevant information is what makes a resume powerful.

This is especially true if you are writing a resume for a position of extreme responsibility, such as that of an RN supervisor.


In a resume for an RN supervisor position, you should focus on your leadership skills in a nursing role.

Since you will be looking after patients as well as handling nurse staffing issues, your resume should bring you out as someone who is comfortable with multitasking and has deep knowledge of her profession.
