Rehabilitation Nurse Cover Letter Sample

You cannot make a perfect cover letter – but you can bring anything as near perfection as possible.

Near-perfection is what employers look for.

When a hiring manager picks up your cover letter, he has high expectations from you, but he won’t expect you to have written everything that he wants to read.

However, if you can write as close to what he wants to read, you will be called in for an interview without much thinking on the hiring manager’s part!

It is not all that easy to read an employer’s mind.

How can you when you have never even met him?

Or know who he is! It is simple – a hiring manager will put whatever he wants in an employee in the advertisement.

So it is up to you to decipher what he wants by reading the advertisement with great care.

Pick up power words that describe what an employer wants in an employee, and then use them in your cover letter.

If by any chance your cover letter is scanned by an ATS, the keywords you have used will help it through the system.
