Dear Mr. Berg:

Patient account management is an area that I am profoundly good at, owing to the 5 years that I have worked in a hospital where the need for managing patient accounts was intense. This experience has prepared me extremely well for a number of eventualities, making it easy for me to handle many aspects related to it.

If you go through my resume, you will be able to gauge just how well-versed I am in a number of areas concerning patient account management, including overseeing accounts to determine delinquent ones, performing thorough follow up activities, and monitoring collection processes to determine cash flow improvement opportunities.

I determined, devised, and implemented a cash flow management system, specifically as it relates to patient accounts management, making the process of acquiring cash 50% more efficient than it was before. Furthermore, I possess great leadership skills, which allow me to train, develop, and oversee the work of patient account representative teams in a profound manner. Also, I possess advanced comprehension of healthcare accounts receivables, and can diligently implement process improvements as they relate to this area.

It will be a pleasure to sit across you and provide further details of my skills in a patient account manager capacity. I will call you after five working days to set up a meeting date and time and can be reached at (000) 111-1111 if required.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,
