How do you feel about working in a supervisory role?

I was once faced with an odd issue. One fine day, 5 laundry workers resigned at one time. They had some issues with the housekeeping manager.

My whole department was at the risk of failing. I worked overtime for 3 weeks before another team was hired. It was probably the most difficult part of my professional life. However, I managed to handle the issue with great professionalism and hard work.
