The front desk area is of extreme importance to any organization. Visitors and clients usually judge an entire company through its front desk operations. This is where front desk managers’ role comes in; they are people who are responsible for ensuring that the front desk is running smoothly. They hire, train and place people to work at the front desk. They work in different environments including hotels, businesses, and spas but the essence of their work remains the same regardless of their work setting.
