It is an established fact that cover letters are written to introduce you in a way that it will convince the employer that you are the best person for a job. There are other things to take into consideration as well. For instance, you have to show that you have researched the organization and effectively understand what it needs to flourish. All this in a cover letter? For sure!

In a circulation clerk cover letter, you should focus on what you can do for the organization through effective play of words. Connect their needs to your skills and experience. Highlight your most significant accomplishments and abilities in sync with the requirements of the job. Do you feel that it is the same as a resume? Indeed it is. In a sense that is. However, the execution is different. In resumes, you simply list the information – in cover letters, you build it up as well.

If explaining something out of the ordinary is what you need to do, the cover letter is the right place to do it. Maybe you can talk about a particular accomplishment that you are so proud of because it made a significant impact on the company that you were working for. This is your time to show off!
