What duties have you performed in the role of a business administrator?
In a business administrator capacity, I have worn many hats. From ensuring that business processes are properly handled to making sure that clients are satisfied with the services offered, I have done it all. Specifically, my work duties include handling financial administration, managing events organization, looking after office administration work, and ensuring that the office is safe for all employees. Also, my work involves researching company data, interacting with clients, following up on business communication, and managing filing and records management work.

In your opinion, what skills does one need in order to be considered a good person to hire as a business administrator?
Working as a business administrator requires one to possess a plethora of skills. One needs to be organized, and possess the ability to handle a wide variety of tasks at the same time. In addition to this, it is important for people working in this position to be efficient, and possess the analytic abilities that will help them handle complex business processes. Also, it is important to be able to handle research work effectively and have it in you to lead teams and oversee their work.

What is the one thing that you do not like about working as a business administrator?
I love my work. At this point in time, I cannot think of a single reason why I would dislike something.

What has been the hardest thing that you have had to do while working in this capacity?
I have come across many challenges while working as a business administrator, but none was as hard as ensuring that all departments were on the same page as far as company policy was concerned. After much effort, and a lot of limitations, I managed to bring them all on the same page.

On a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the highest, where do you rate your abilities to work as a business administrator?
I would give myself a realistic 7. I know most of what there is to know about the work, but one learns something new every day!

What are your future aspirations as far as your work is concerned?
In the near future, I see myself working in a director capacity.
