To Whom It May Concern
I am writing to recommend Ms. Claire Smith as a nanny in your agency. Claire had been working at my home for previous three years. She performed extremely well during her period of employment at our home.
She was highly motivated to learn as much as she could and performed to her best capacities. She frequently put in long hours to develop lesson plans for my children and monitor their progress. She understands her limitations as a nanny and never disturbed our privacy. She is very skilled in
• Supervising and caring for children
• Planning, preparing and serving meals for children and able to perform other housekeeping duties
• Bathing, dressing and feeding infants and children
• Preparing formulas and changing diapers
Claire has a number of strengths but her main strength, from my observations, is her capability to motivate children. She always seemed genuinely interested in my children’s mental development and presented new ways of learning that captured their attention.
In summary, Claire displayed the qualities that make a nanny successful. She is very reliable, trustworthy, motivated, and in tune with the requirements of family and children. Once again, I highly recommend her for a nanny position. In case of any queries, please feel free to contact me on my cell.
