Mr. Dylan Jackson
Human Resource Manager
L3 Communications
823 Hilton Road SE
Pigeon Forge, TN 13021

Dear Mr. Jackson:

Material expediting is an area that I have worked in for the past 8 years. At this point in time, I am interested in working in a similar position at L3 Communications, as I am positive of my ability to provide support and assistance in coordinating and expediting material and product orders. Please refer to the enclosed resume for details about my experience in this regard.

During the time that I have worked as a material expediter, I have successfully managed two main things:

✓ Devised a unique system to handle materials inventory, replacing the old system which was quite inefficient.
✓ Independently implemented a materials procurement system, which proved to be 75% less expensive than the one already being followed.

But my string of accomplishments does not end here. If you refer to my resume, you will see that I have much more to offer in the role of a material expediter. Determining need for materials, by studying technical details and schedules is my forte. In addition to this, I am well-versed in resolving issues and problems, aimed at speeding up the delivery of materials to meet tight deadlines.

I would like to meet with you in person to provide you with a wider overview of what I am capable of achieving in a material expediter position. Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Ryan Bing
