Guidelines
Every cover letter for office specialist resume must be well chalked out and written in an organized manner.
An office specialist cover letter needs clarity and organization. Make sure it is distributed at least in three paragraphs. One paragraph should deal with one idea.
Do not talk interchangeably of your experiences; instead, talk about one experience in one paragraph in case you have work experience at more than one place.
Remember to mention all the computer programs you have worked with since computer skills are the essence of this profession.

Dear Mr. Green:
With reference to your advertisement in The Washington Post, I am applying for the Office Specialist position at Green Property Consultants. My clerical and administrative experiences during the past three years render me a most suitable candidate for this job.
I am a proven problem solver, correspondence in charge, time manager and an effective communicator. In addition to all manual office work, record keeping and filing, I am very comfortable with using computer programs to get the work done.
Through my extensive hands-on experiences, I learned a lot about digital cataloging and maintaining all record on a computer. During my coursework, I mastered Microsoft office software and developed expertise in office tools. I am quick at grasping new things and have exceptional abilities when it comes to personnel management. Above all, I have an inborn talent of planning and conducting the intended task in an organized manner. Whatever task I’m assigned, it is completed with great devotion, dedication, and persistence. Supervisors and colleagues have recognized me as a self-driven worker who follows instruction properly.
I am quite excited about obtaining this opportunity and would be delighted to be a part of your team. My past work experiences and accomplishments can be seen on the attached resume.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to meeting with you at your earliest to discuss this position in more detail.
Sincere regards,
Joshua Glen
