There is a great chance that your cover will be read if it is written in a way that appeals to a hiring manager. But that does not happen too often.
Your cover letter is your ticket to the job that you have wanted for a long time. If you have it in you, it should show up in your cover letter. If not, that too shows up in the cover letter.
What does one do?
It is not possible to write a cover letter that will appeal a hiring manager completely, but a high percentage is good enough. When you write a cover letter, make sure that the information in it is perfect from every sense.
The matter / content should be exactly what the hiring manager is looking for. And white space should be respected.
