What did you choose to work as a pizza cook particularly?
Working as a pizza cook was not something that I had planned from the beginning. During my 5 year career as a cook, I realized that cooking pizzas was what I was best at. One thing led to another, and I soon specialized in this area.

What is the one thing that you are really proud of, as far as your career is concerned?
I have a lot of achievements to my name, but particularly, there is one thing that makes me exceptionally proud. My present place of work had a terrible slump in sales, right before I joined. After I introduced my very popular thin crust pizza, the customer base increased by 65% in 2 months. I believe that this is my biggest achievement till now.

What is the one skill that you need in order to work as a pizza cook?
To be successful in working as a pizza cook, the one skill that you need is the ability to determine the quality of ingredients. Once you have this in check, nothing can stop you from making the best ever pizzas.

How do you feel about working in a position where you have to be on your feet all the time?
Being on one’s feet comes with the territory, and I don’t mind it one bit.

What is the one thing that you do which makes your pizzas the best there are?
The one thing that I do which definitely make my pizzas the best out there is use of quality ingredients. I never compromise on the quality of ingredients that I use, which also account for the quality maintenance of all my creations.

What are your future plans as far as cooking is concerned?
I am currently training to cook Italian food, and would eventually like to be able to cook the entire line of Italian entrees, popular in the country. Apart from this, I plan to enroll into a culinary program, which will allow me to learn popular world cuisines, including Indian, Spanish, Moroccan, and Chinese.
