Tell us a little about the duties that you have performed in a production line worker position in the past.

My main work as a production line worker has been to set up and calibrate assigned production machines.

Specifically, I have been responsible for operating machines in order to ensure that production work is properly managed. Choosing the right materials, and effectively loading them into machines is also part of my work.

In addition, I have been busy ensuring that production cycles are properly managed, and that packing and labeling tasks are completed on time.

What do you feel is the most difficult part of working as a production line worker?

To be honest, the only challenging part of this work is quality control.

How do you ensure quality control?

I am a stickler for perfection. Since I make sure that all processes run in accordance with set protocols and instructions, quality is never an issue.

I am a thorough and organized individual, with exceptional knowledge of setting up, calibrating, and operating production machines and equipment. I also possess in-depth knowledge of performing preventative and regular maintenance on assigned machines.

Choosing the right materials, and effectively following procedures in order to ensure that they are used properly is also an area of expertise. Also, I can effectively package and label end products, ensuring that required information such as manufacturing date and batch numbers is placed on them.

How do you handle inconsistencies in raw materials?

My present place of work has certain procedures to ensure that inconsistencies are managed without affecting the production process. I simply follow them.

What are your future plans?

I intend to work in a supervisory role soon, within a production environment.
