A warehouseman is an individual who is hired at warehouses to assist in the operational functions of the facility.

• Check work orders to determine the number of items that need to be picked and shipped for the day.
• Go through the warehouse inventory to determine the available amount of required products.
• Use warehouse locator systems to determine the placement of each requested item, and pick items according to instructions.
• Check each article to ensure conformity to order, and quality, before transporting it to the packing area.
• Wrap and pack each piece according to provided instructions, to ensure safety during the transport.
