Mr. Karl Logan
Human Resources Manager
JJ’s Club
122 Rose Road
Albany, NY 10208

Dear Mr. Logan:

I am interested in working as a swim instructor at The JJ’s Club. I have recently completed my training as a swimming instructor, and believe that I am the right person to be hired. Please look through the enclosed resume and certificates for further information regarding my background.

During the course of my training, I learned much in terms of lesson planning and imparting. Instructing swimming participants of all ages is my niche. Ensuring the safety of participants through education and instruction is one of my greatest strengths. Moreover, I am well-versed in evaluating students’ participation in swimming lessons. Providing emergency care and treatment such as CPR and First Aid is also something that I am highly trained in.

I provided voluntary services to The Rainbow Swimmers Club last summer, where I was responsible for co-instructing young swimmers. This short stint instilled a great deal of confidence in me and also taught me how to handle swimming lessons effectively. Since I am vigilant and organized by nature, I am positive that I will be a great addition to your facility.

It would be a great pleasure to meet with you in person, and further elaborate on my suitability for the job. I will be in touch regarding a convenient time for you to meet. During this time, you may contact me at (000) 287-8888 if needed.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Charles Jackson
