Desktop publishers are design specialists who work with computer software to produce modules for advertising campaigns and the likes of it. This may include designing brochures, handouts, business cards, newsletter and other documents that may need to be published for a particular project.
While this work in wholly creative, it is not a necessity to hire a graphics designer for it.
