Ski Technician Cover Letter Sample

Updated on: January 27, 2018

Hiring managers often have difficulty differentiating between the information provided in two cover letters – or more.

The fault is not theirs. If your cover letter does not say anything new, it will be clubbed with the dozens that were read before yours was picked up. How do you make sure that yours stands out?

There are several ways of doing this.

A Ski Technician cover letter is an insight into what you are capable of doing. If you have it in you, you should be able to write it in a cover letter. If not, that too will show in how you write your cover letter.

Making sure that your cover letter speaks volumes for what you are capable of doing is important when writing this particular document.

Remember that your cover letter is not something that can be made changes to once the hiring manager has read it – you have to make it right the first time. Here is a sample:

Mr. Franklin Reese
Human Resource Manager
Ski Butlers
109 Emily Avenue S
West Helena, AR80525

Dear Mr. Reese:

As a uniquely qualified ski technician, who has had over 7 years of experience in this field, I am positive that I will be quite an asset to Ski Butlers, once hired in this role. Both ends of my work (technical and customer service), is exceptional, as you will see once you have had the opportunity to scan my resume.

With demonstrated expertise in assisting customers / guests in the fitting of skiing equipment and supplies, and an extremely pleasant attitude to go with it, I will be an instant hit at your facility. Hoping to provide a high quality of services to your guests, aiming to ensure repeat business from them, I would like to offer not just what is detailed in the enclosed resume, but much more.

Owing to the fact that I am exceptionally talented in handling all skiing-related technical work, including repairing damage to equipment, detuning tips and tails, and brushing and polishing equipment and other skiing items, you will not regret your decision to hire me.

I am sure that once you and I have met in person, you will be more inclined towards considering me for a ski technician at Ski Butlers. I will call you next week to set up a mutually agreeable and convenient interview time.

Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Sarah Jones
