Stable Hand Cover Letter Sample

Updated on: June 12, 2018

The stable hand cover letter writing task is a complex one. You have to make sure that you stand out from the crowd, by writing a cover letter that is sure to make the hiring manager go wow!

But this isn’t simple. You have to work hard to highlight your abilities and competencies by writing just the right words and phrases, aimed at impressing a hiring manager.

Cover letter writing does not require experience. It means that even if you haven’t written a cover letter in the past, you can still do it.

There are some things that you have to keep a lookout for though. The cover letter should concentrate on your abilities, but it should be focused on what the hiring manager wants from you. For instance, an individual applying for a managerial position must first figure out what management skills the prospective employer needs.

Here is a cover letter sample for a stable hand position, to help you gauge what to write in yours:

Mr. Jason Donovan
Human Resource Manager
Wildwind Equestrian Center
721 Heath Road
Bowling Green, KY54732

Dear Mr. Donovan:

I have been working as a Stable Hand for over three years now, and find the work to be right down my alley, as I am inherently in love with equine animals. The experience that I have gained in these 3 years, and the skills that I have polished in this time, make me an excellent person to work as a stable hand for Wildwind Equestrian Center.

Because I am exceptionally talented in providing personal care and grooming services to equine animals, I will soon be a favorite at your stable. My ability to reach out to equine animals, and make them comfortable is my niche.

Moreover, I am exceptionally well-versed in ensuring that all animals under my care are provided with the right exercise, following the plans developed for them. Grooming and bathing animals is all in a day’s work for me, and I possess a great ability to help with breeding and foaling activities.

I am confident that once you have met with me in person, you too will agree that I am an excellent choice to hire as a stable hand at Wildwind Equestrian Center. To provide you with further insight into my suitability to work with you, I will call you soon for an interview time. Until then, please feel free to call or text me.

Sincerely,

Rebecca Johnson
