• Check all projects to see how well they comply with regulatory metrics, and provide regulatory interpretation.
• Respond to requests for information required for the company to handle its regulatory filings.
• Monitor any pending legislation and regulations that may affect the company’s services.
• Communicate both state and federal requirements to the external and internal clients.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve compliance issues, by ensuring that protocols and procedures are rightly followed.
• Provide development guidance, and assist in the identification, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies.
• Maintain and review regulatory documents required for corporate compliance standards.
• Create, maintain, and update compliance spreadsheets and reports, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform quality call monitoring, and schedule and participate in quality assurance training.
