There are hundreds of ways of writing Social Worker Assistant cover letters, but since all of them do not work, you have to pick one that is the most workable.

And the most workable way is when you write information that is exactly what the hiring manager wants to read. There isn’t any trick to writing good cover letters, but they have to be exceptionally well-structured if you wish to impress the hiring manager.

What can you put into a cover letter to make it seem as if you are the best person to hire for a job? To be honest, this varies from person to person.

If you are talented in a particular area, you have to make sure that the hiring manager knows that you are. Communication and interpersonal skills, along with your ability to lead teams is reliable information to put into a cover letter. And of course, information on job-related skills as well.

Mr. Richard Thompson
Human Resource Manager
Villa Manor Care Center
1093 6th Avenue
Carson City, NV50231

Dear Mr. Thompson:

I have worked as a social worker assistant for three years now, and thoroughly enjoy what I do. The inner satisfaction that I receive by helping others out is unmatched to any other positive feeling in the world. And to further explore how I can work in the position that provides support to so many people, I would like to offer my services to Villa Manor Care Center.

During the time that I have worked as a social worker assistant, I have been actively working with individual clients, and communities, to advise them about available resources. In addition to this, I have been busy carrying out routine home visits, to monitor clients’ welfare, and reporting any issues or problems.

Since I am diligent and thorough, I never leave any stones unturned to determine clients’ issues, including abuse and neglect, and can quickly put two and two together to figure out causes of problems. I can gauge difficulties with clients, even when they choose not to make them evident, thereby assisting social workers in developing well-placed care plans for them.

I am confident that I will be an asset to your facility, which is why I would like to provide you with a broader view of what I am capable of, in a face to face meeting.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
