As a furniture mover, I have been busy handling many activities such as packing and wrapping items, transporting them to delivery trucks and loading them.

In addition, I have been responsible for securely stacking items. Also, my duties included assisting drivers in navigating ways to destinations.

Furthermore, I have been performing activities like unloading furniture from trucks as well as assembling and placing it in destination homes or offices.

What skills set do you possess which makes you an excellent person to hire as a furniture mover?
I am exceptionally strong. Apart from this, I possess the ability to stoop and bend, as well as reach difficult places.

As far as my work goes, I am aware of the different types of packing materials used for each item, and can effectively wrap and package a wide array of things. Moreover, I am well-versed in handling customers’ requests and complaints.

What do you find most difficult about the work?
To be perfectly honest, I do not find the work difficult at all. However, it can be challenging at times, which is one of the prime reasons I look forward to it!

In all honesty, working as a furniture mover requires a range of skills. However, if I am to point out one, it is physical strength that one cannot do without.

I would give myself a realistic 7. Even though I am well-versed in this work, I believe that there is always something new to learn.

What are your 2-year career plans?
Presently, I am working very hard to cut a niche for myself. Soon, I hope to lead a team of furniture movers.
