Dear Ms. Ryan:

This is with reference to our meeting about the Dolphin Project last Friday. I am writing to thank you for your time in considering my proposal for saving the dolphins. It was very insightful meeting you in person and discussing a project that is close to both of us.

The Dolphin Project as we have discussed has been a dilemma for my company owing to the lack of funds and manpower. I am convinced that our liaison will assist in a meaningful project campaign that is sure to take this mission forward. I have collected the demographic information that will prove to be the first step in taking this project to fruition. With the funding that you have promised and the sanction to bring people onboard, I am positive that we have a long way to go.

As promised, I am emailing to you the information that you need in order to process the check. I am very excited at the prospect of working closely with you. Please let me know when you receive my email and we will take it on from there. Once again, a very warm thank you from me and my team at WWF USA!

Sincerely yours,
