Dear Ms. Quinn:

With reference to my job application for the position of a Communications Coordinator with WWF America, I would like to inquire the current status of my application as I was informed that it would be notified within three weeks and it has been much over that.

I would like to take this opportunity to reiterate my enthusiasm and interest in the position of a Communications Coordinator at WWF America. I possess the right capabilities and skills to carry out the essential tasks of this job perfectly. I have worked in a similar capacity for Green Earth for more than six years and have been commended many times for my excellent communication skills with NGOs and funding committees. As discussed, I had the opportunity to bring in funding from European organizations which contributed to the 52% of the annual funds for the year 2008.

I am very interested in obtaining Communications Coordinator job as I am positive in my ability to become an integral part of your company. For your reference, I am resending a copy of my resume and other application materials. I can be reached at (000) 222-2222 if you would like to contact me.

Thank you for your time and consideration, and I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Sincerely,

(Signature)
