The primary role of an Au Pair or Nanny is to create a secure, loving, nurturing, and inspiring environment in which a child can develop emotionally and physically.

Typical responsibilities of an Aupair include caring for children and creating a nurturing environment for them.

Every Nanny / Au Pair position may have somewhat different responsibilities depending on the family requirements, the age of the children, and other factors.
