I believe that it is my analytic ability that makes this work easy for me. This is my greatest strength, even though I use many others to ensure that my work is perfected.

2. What is the one challenge that you have faced while working in this position?

I have been at the wrong end of challenges many times. However, there was this one time when I was asked to float a healthcare company that had burnt all its bridges. It was on the verge of bankruptcy. However, I managed to keep it afloat for a year after which it made a miraculous recovery, all thanks to my policies and suggestions.

3. How do you handle stressful situations such as the ones that you have mentioned?

Stress is an everyday thing for people in my position. However, I have trained myself not to pay too much attention, which is why I do not succumb to work pressure. I am organized, which helps immensely.

4. What is the one duty that you feel is very important in this work?

The entire work of a healthcare consultant is important. If I were to pinpoint one, I would choose to advise the healthcare facility’s CEOs as the most important. At the end of the day, it is their decision that makes or breaks a healthcare organization.

5. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

My long-term plans are to start my own healthcare consultancy business and provide training to consultants so that they can offer their services in a profound manner.
