Fire Guard Cover Letter Sample

Updated on: January 9, 2019

There are hundreds of ways of writing a Fire Guard cover letter, and all of them may be right.

Cover letter writing depends highly on the individuals writing them.

When you write a cover letter, your focus should be on what you can offer in terms of abilities and skills, in sync with what the hiring manager wants.

Even if the match is not perfect, you can convince the hiring manager to give you a chance by virtue of what you do have to offer.

It may seem otherwise, but cover letter writing is not too complicated. Being yourself will help immensely.

If you write what you feel is best, your personality will come forward, making it easy for the hiring manager to decide that he wants to meet with you in person.

On the downside, you cannot write just anything that you want to. Cover letters need to follow a specific pattern – a pattern that outlines what an applicant can do when his or her status changes to the employee.

Mr. Matt Harmon
Human Resource Manager
Alliance Building Services
32 Rapid Free Road SE
Council Bluffs, IA 32012

Dear Mr. Harmon:

I am proud to say that the entire fire security of the Urban Pathways building on Fort Road was my responsibility, and ever since I began working there six years ago, there has not been a single event of a fire. At this point in time, I would like to extend the benefit of my expertise in this regard to you, as I feel that I am now up to handling fire safety and prevention work at Alliance Building Services. Please refer to the accompanying resume for further details.

Over the many years that I have worked in a fire guard capacity, I have been diligently developing and implementing core plans to ensure that safety from fire is made constant. Performing daily building inspections to ensure that no violations are present is my niche. And I am a professional when it comes to handling fire eruptions, ensuring that people, property, and premises are secured at priority. My comprehension of installing and monitoring fire safety equipment is immense, as is my ability to handle emergency services when required.

Confident that a meeting between us will be fruitful for both ends, I will contact you soon to set up a mutually convenient time to meet. Until then, I will be available at (000) 333-3333 if any further information is required to process my job application.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Lucas Bling
