What duties have you performed in the past?
I have worked as a delivery driver in the food service industry for two years. At my present place of employment, I perform many tasks, such as taking orders for delivery, mapping out delivery routes, navigating routes to customers’ houses and offices, and delivering pizza according to set timelines.
What makes you a great individual to work as a delivery driver at Pizza Hut?
I possess a previous pizza delivery experience, which makes me an excellent contender to hire. I am always on time for my deliveries, making sure that pizza is delivered fresh and hot. I also possess high physical stamina, which makes it easy for me to make many deliveries in a day, even when the weather is not favorable.
What is your biggest accomplishment so far?
Two months ago, my supervisor asked if I could cover two other delivery drivers’ routes as well since both were down with the flu. This meant that I would have to make approximately 60 deliveries in one day. I replied in the affirmative and managed to cover all deliveries without any problems or complaints. I believe that this is my biggest accomplishment until now.
What do you find most interesting about this work?
I love working as a pizza delivery driver as the work is challenging. Making deliveries on time is not everyone’s ballgame. It is mine.
What are your 5-year plans as far as your career is concerned?
