Lube Technician Cover Letter Format

There is no specification on the number of paragraphs to include in a lube technician cover letter. Most people find that three paragraphs work well, but if you want to increase or even decrease the number, do it.

The three-paragraph rule is perhaps to appease the introduction, main body, and conclusion format but it doesn’t really have to work that way.

First Paragraph (Introduction)

Introduce yourself and indicate the reason that you are writing, the position for which you are applying, why you are interested in the lube technician position, and what makes you a good choice to hire.

There is no rule against you writing all this information in more than one paragraph but if you possibly can, try to limit it to one paragraph.

Second/Third Paragraph(s) (Body)

For the main body, you can use as many paragraphs as you want to – just make sure that you do not go overboard with what you are saying. Mention your relevant experiences and skills in the body of your cover letter. Tell the recruiter how you can use your skills to contribute significantly.

Last Paragraph (Closing)

The closing of your cover letter needs to be short and to the point. Point out the fact that you appreciate the reader’s time and attention and show your interest in meeting the recruiter in person.
