Cover letters for guest service positions are required to possess a lot of energy; if you can make a guest happy, there is no better employee than you.
However, convincing an employer that you are a good guest service employee is not easy. Therefore, it is imperative that your cover letter speaks volumes about your abilities.
Let us take the example of a night porter’s position. Night porters provide services to guests during the night. These services may include cleaning, stocking beverage areas, or tidying the reception area.
They may act as doormen and even ensure that the exterior of the building is kept clean. Night porters are also expected to greet guests arriving at night and to direct them to the right contact person.
