The first time you write a cover letter, you are always cautious.

The end result of your cover letter is what matters most, which is why people spend a lot of time and effort in creating one that is top-notch.

This effort should be replicated every time you write a cover letter.

A cover letter is your main avenue to achieve success where interviews are concerned.

The fact that you are an amazing individual, who has a great capacity to think out of the box and work according to instructions is something that only a cover letter can communicate effectively.

There is one problem that we all face when writing a cover letter. Personalizing it to make sure that you do not sound run of the mill is difficult.

Employers receive so many ordinary cover letters that they tend to be wary of every letter that they pick up from their desks.

The first word or sentence can do wonders in convincing him that you are the person to hire.

Mr. Eustace Perry
Human Resource Manager
Providence Medical Group
20 Sandy Avenue
Benwood, WV 46621

Dear Mr. Perry:

With great experience in working as a pediatric medical assistant both in the front office and the back office of a busy pediatric care facility, I am sure that I will be a credit to Providence Medical Group. Controlling the flow of patients, calculating and collecting copays, and providing direct assistance to pediatricians are just some of the areas that I am most proficient in.

Having worked in both a hospital and medical facility capacity, I am aware of the limitations and challenges of both. Since working with children requires a little “extra” in everything, I make sure that my patients are made comfortable immediately so that their examinations can be carried out properly.

Over the last 6 years that I have worked as a pediatric medical assistant, I have been trained extensively in understanding child development, including both emotional and intellectual stages of childhood. This insight has often helped me handle difficult situations with children, coming outshining in my endeavors to help them, calm them down, and perform necessary medical assistance duties to ensure their care.

Owing to some exposure to working with pediatric specialists including allergists and cardiologists, I am well-versed in performing area-specific duties, including medical testing and dedicated pediatric care. It would be a pleasure to meet with you in person to give you a more detailed view of my abilities. I will contact you next week. Until then, please feel free to call me at (000) 145-7845 if you need additional information.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Veronica Frank
