Mr. Kayne West
Manager Human Resource
ABC Company
2 Cran Street
Roseville, CA 30013

Dear Mr. West:

My strong independent initiative skills and analytic mindset make my candidature strong for the position of Program Manager for the Conservation Project at ABC Company. With a positive attitude and strong background in handling conservation projects in two previous roles, I am confident that I will be of good value to your organization especially at this phase of its inception in California.

Four years ago, I was promoted to the position of Program Manager at Lead USA owing to my success in creating clear and attainable objectives for its Green Peace project. My program planning abilities and feasibility developing knowledge were highly commended for accuracy and appropriate deployment; I was able to complete the project in three weeks less than the set deadline and well within the budget allocated for it.

I am now primed for a new chapter in my life where my aspiration is to hold a job that will be responsible for pioneering programs for an organization at its phase of initiation. I love challenges; keeping in view a challenging target makes me work harder in achieving the aims that I have set for myself along with ensuring that my team works just as hard. Planning project directives and making sure that they are followed are my prime strengths – these strengths are assets that I would like to bring to your organization.

This commitment and perseverance along with outstanding advocacy capabilities can be best discussed in person. I would like to meet you for which I will call your personal assistant in order to secure a convenient time. Please feel free to call me at (000) 333-3333 if you need to reach me.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Shirley Temple
