Mr. Curt Cobain
Manager HR
Fitness First
33 Hobbton Boulevard
Benson, NC 34574

Dear Mr. Cobain:

Your job advertisement for a vacancy of Front Desk Attendant at Fitness First caught my attention particularly as your job description closely complements my qualifications and skills.

The enclosed resume reflects my communication skills and customer services achievements at front desk positions that I held in the past.  I had been working with Core Fitness Techniques for two years. There, I gained familiarity with the client registration processes, cash management and security needs of a gym. My ability to deliver quality customer services resulted in very positive feedback from clients.  Besides front desk duties, I can also act as a substitute gym trainer because I am well versed with most work-out techniques myself.

This is indeed an exciting opportunity where I can employ both of my customer service skills and office management acumen. It would be great if we can meet and discuss this further as I believe that no written document is better than an actual meeting.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,
